Many of you might be familiar with the term Forex Trading. For those who aren’t, here is a simple explanation – Trading foreign currencies against each other are called as Forex Trading. Forex might be abbreviated as Foreign Exchange.

The currency medium in Europe is the Euro while the currency in the United States is the Dollar. A Forex Trade would mean that you are buying Euro while simultaneously selling the Dollar or vice-versa. You can use this trade to earn money.

For instance let us say that you are contacting a Forex Trade Broker and you are choosing to buy Euro while selling US Dollar. During 2005, you could have brought 1000 Euros for 1200 USD. Then the change in economy occurred and the rate of Euro increased in 2008. At that time, you could have sold your 1000 Euros for 1300 USD. Now, you have obtained 100 USD gain through your Forex Trade.
